John Kuhn allowed Mindy Warshaw, a NYC accountant, who together took control of my brother's funeral without notifying living relatives. No attempt was made to do so resulting in the loss of my brother's remains , now located in Greenwood Cemetery in a resting place owned by Warshaw. A NYC court order would be needed along with $10,000 in Greenwood charges to reclaim his remains and return them to me. John Ferebee was my brother for 67 years but these two decided monetary gains where more important and proceeded with their plans and decisions leaving out family members altogether.
